Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
* We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost, which is adaptable to the maximum allowable under Texas law. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from any pre-paid services.
2. No-Show Policy:
* If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. Any deposits or pre-payments will also be forfeited.
3. Refund Policy:
* Refunds will not be issued for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to speak with our staff immediately so we can address your concerns.
* Pre-paid packages or treatments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or used for other services within the spa.
* If a service is canceled by Plump & Perfect for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Late Arrival Policy:
* Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.?
